Terms of Use (Private Beta)

1. Scope

These Terms govern your access to TitanTrade AI (the “Platform”). The Platform is a closed Private Beta for authorized users only.

2. No financial advice & risk disclosure

• The Platform provides tools and information only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Trading crypto and derivatives involves substantial risk and may result in total loss of capital.
• AI/automation outputs may be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. You are solely responsible for your actions.

3. Beta status

Features may change, break, or be removed. Data may be reset. No SLA is provided.

4. Acceptable use

No abuse, hacking, reverse engineering, or unlawful use. You must comply with third-party terms (exchanges/platforms).

5. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for trading losses, exchange outages, API failures, or consequential damages. If any liability applies, it is capped at EUR 50 (or the amount paid in the last 12 months, whichever is higher). If you paid nothing, the cap is EUR 50.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Venue is Vienna, Austria, to the extent permitted.
